Paul Edworthy - Staff Pastor
Paul spearheads the youth work in HCC, encouraging the young people to play an active part in the life of the church. He also oversees many areas of church life, including small groups and the pastoral care team. Prior to taking up the role within HCC in August 2004, Paul was a Christian Schools Worker in Hastings. He and his wife, Ros have two young children.

Andy Stephens - Elder/Staff Pastor
Andy is on the full time staff of HCC, with specific responsibility for Finance and Administration, and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. He joined the church in 1990 when he moved to the area with the RAF. During his free time, Andy enjoys visiting the gym, tending his allotment, DIY and the occasional glass of good (or even mediocre) wine. He is married to Rachel, a teacher at a local primary school, and has two children.

Dick Jennings

The foundations of HCC were laid in March 1982 when Dick and Jean Jennings started holding meetings in the lounge of their home in Hemingford Grey. Since those early days Dick has been a vital part of the team that has seen HCC develop into the church it is today. Despite stepping down from a position on the leadership team we believe he will still play and important part of our future. Dick will always have our ear and respect and is recognised as Founding Elder.

Team Leaders

 
We believe strongly in the concept of teamwork and so each team responsible for a particular function in the life of the church will have members and a designated Team Leader.

Consultation

We also believe in the value of being in touch with what people are thinking and feeling in the Body of the Church and so we provide various forums for views and opinions to be expressed that we might hear God together and move forward as one Body.
